Then I removed the printer and tried to clean the HP-installation components (it's an HP-laptop, so its difficult to distinguish between the HP printer software and the HP Laptop components). I tried to connect the printer, but the software does 'see' the printer connected via USB. These steps include unpacking, installing ink cartridges & software.
